Zealous

Numbers 25:11
“Pinchas the son of El‘azar, the son of Aharon the cohen, has deflected my anger from the people of Isra’el by being as zealous as I am, so that I didn’t destroy them in my own zeal.

Mark 7:36
Yeshua ordered the people to tell no one; but the more he insisted, the more zealously they spread the news.

Galatians 4:17
True, these teachers are zealous for you, but their motives are not good. They want to separate you from us so that you will become zealous for them.

Galatians 4:18
To be zealous is good, provided always that the cause is good. Indeed, whether I am present with you or not,

As you can see from the verses above. To be zealous is both good and bad. As you see with Pinchas back in numbers he was zealous for Yahweh and stopped Yahweh from destroying the people of Israel in his anger. But, if you look at the teachers in Galatians they were too zealous and made it about themselves. So be careful when being too zealous. Make sure you stay on the right path with your zealousness.

Yahweh

Genesis 2:4
Here is the history of the heavens and the earth when they were created. On the day when Yahweh, God, made earth and heaven,

Genesis 2:7
Then Yahweh, God, formed a person from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, so that he became a living being.

Genesis 13:4
where he had first built the altar; and there Avram called on the name of Yahweh.

Genesis 26:28
They answered, “We saw very clearly that Yahweh has been with you; so we said, ‘Let there be an oath between us: let’s make a pact between ourselves and you

Exodus 3:15
Elohim said further to Moshe, “Say this to the people of Isra’el: ‘Yud-Heh-Vav-Heh [Yahweh], the God of your fathers, the God of Avraham, the God of Yitz’chak and the God of Ya‘akov, has sent me to you.’ This is my name forever; this is how I am to be remembered generation after generation.

Matthew 1:21
She will give birth to a son, and you are to name him Yeshua, [which means ‘Yahweh saves,’] because he will save his people from their sins.”

Matthew 4:4
But he answered, “The Tanakh says, ‘Man does not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of Yahweh’”

Strength

Philippians 4:13
13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Isaiah 40:29
He invigorates the exhausted, he gives strength to the powerless.

Exodus 15:2
Yah is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation. This is my God: I will glorify him; my father’s God: I will exalt him.

Exodus 15:13
In your love, you led the people you redeemed; in your strength, you guided them to your holy abode.

Numbers 24:8
God, who brought them out of Egypt, gives them thestrength of a wild ox. They will devour the nations opposing them, break their bones, pierce them with their arrows.

Deuteronomy 33:25
May your bolts be of iron and bronze and your strength last as long as you live.

I like many of you grew up hearing the line I can do things thru Christ who strengthens me. And, many time I just shrugged it off and didn't believe it. I just thought it was something my mom said because she could. It wasn't until my mom got really sick that I started believing it. It wasn't until I had to run the whole house by myself during the day that I realized that I needed his strength to get me through the day. Even, though she is much better now and I don't need to it by myself anymore I still find myself using this line every day. Even, though I has less on my plate each day I still need his strength to get through my day.

Thanks for reading today ya'll. Listen to the song below.
